I will be leaving my full-time role at Haymarket Media in two weeks to relocate to the U.S.

I plan to live and work in Las Vegas for a year from February 2009. While in Vegas, I will be contributing as a freelancer to iTnews, while building my knowledge of, and network of contacts in, the U.S. science and technology industries.

From November 2008 to February 2009, I will be backpacking in South East Asia. Check out my newly created travel blog for updates during this period.

It’s been a busy few months, beginning with a month-long trip to China in February.

In March, I joined Haymarket Media as a full-time staff writer for iTnews, as well as commencing my last semester of a masters degree at UTS.

I attended my last ever university class this week. It felt great to hand in my final academic thesis on online journalism and to be leaving student life for good.

To reflect my updated Web design preferences, I’ve made some changes to the layout of this site. Comment to let me know what you think!

I have returned to Australia, and will be freelancing for Haymarket Media over the summer.

It’s good to be home!

I’ve decided to extend my travels in South America, and am now due back in Australia in early November.

I will, of course, remain contactable via e-mail during this time.

I’ll be in Peru from June 9th to August 8th.
